13 Products Change From Production License to CCC Certification

On August 28, 2019, the State Council executive meeting decided to cancel a batch of industrial production license to release the market entities’ potential for innovation and creativity. After years of deducing production license, the meeting decided to cancel the production licenses of 13 categories of products, such as internal combustion engines and brake fluid for automobiles. The products involving safety, health and environmental protection will transform into CCC certification administration, and the certification fees will be born by the state finance.
